Located in the beautiful village of Gerani, just 7km from the centre of Rethymno and its sandy beaches, this villa offers the tranquillity of the countryside as well as close proximity to popular destinations. All three bedrooms benefit from direct access to the outside lounge area, where sofa chairs and a dining table create the perfect spot to start your mornings. Inside, we love the modern touch that's been given to the home, while the sliding doors open the space out to the garden. When you're not lazing around by your private pool all day, the surrounding area is quiet with many traditional tavernas, cafes and beaches to explore nearby.
